How to register for Kidney Week as a group
Online
- Step 1, Create a group by clicking on the Create A New Group button
- Step 2, Enter the Group Administrator’s contact information
- Step 3, Once the group is created, you may register your group attendees online
Import (must have minimum of 50 or more attendees)
- Step 1, Create a group by clicking on the Create A New Group button
- Step 2, Enter the Group Administrator’s contact information
- Step 3, Click on the Download the Import File template and instructions
- Step 4, Use the spreadsheet to enter your group attendees
- Step 5, Once you have entered 50 or more attendees, submit your spreadsheet
Import Submission Deadline

Group Administrators are not automatically registered to attend Kidney Week 2024. You must register as an attendee to attend Kidney Week 2024. A unique email address is required for each delegate. ASN offers several value-added products, including CME, Certificate of Attendance, Kidney Week On-Demand, and online evaluation which all require a valid, unique email address. We recommend using the delegate’s confirmed ASN record email address whenever possible to avoid account duplication.
The import spreadsheet may be submitted earlier than by the posted dates above. Please allow up to 10 business days for the import to be completed. Once the import has been completed, you may access your group attendees online.
